Antiva, the Kingdom of Thieves, has been under the Crows control for as long as anyone alive can remember. Usually the ruling family of Campanas is extremely easy to control; biddable, willing to do anything to be left alone. That is not the case with the current King and his Queen.

The current King and Queen of Antiva consist of a headstrong pair. The King is a man who roamed Thedas nomadically and shirked his duties because the love of his life was sent away where he could not find her, and wed so that he could not take her. The Queen was an Antivan Crow by birth and virtue, adopted daughter of a Talon. Her orders when she was but a young girl were to kill the Prince—but love eventually infiltrated her heart, and when the Prince's mother realized what was going on, she concocted a plan to sell the young woman to a rich Lord in the Free Marches as a wife.

They found one another, eventually married, and now have a family. But they are practically uncontrollable and the Crows do not like this. When the Crows forced war with Rivain, which neither ruler wanted, the entire Campana family took off into Rivain in disguise.

The King and Queen want to take Antiva from the Crows and end decades upon decades of being puppets.

As of September 2023, Francesco Campana is deceased. His wife, Eularia Lovette, is no longer queen. Kingship falls to Enzino Campana.
