While Ostwick was more easily absorbed by Starkhaven, Tantervale holds more power and influence. Given it's proximity to Nevarra and size, Prince Sebastian has granted ruler-ship to the last vestiges of the Pentaghast family. As long as they remain loyal under the Prince, they will be allowed the freedoms and protection of Starkhaven.
