“I am from Honnleath, one of the villages that fell under the weight of the Fereldan blight, I know how easily things can go wrong” she said, a bit of sadness creeping in her voice. Because the first time that she had learned the fragility of life was back then, when she had fled with tears on her cheeks while what remained of her family and herself looked for shelter. “Trust me I know and I am not the sort of person that refuses help, specially in times like these as you said”
“But if things are so bad wouldn’t be better to evacuate Orlais slowly? Like what’s the point of remaining inside of a crumbling building?” asked Rosalie with genuine curiosity. Being a refugee was hard, she knew it but better to be alive to experience hardship than death.
“Vincent made me promise to take Lucien far away if that came to pass, I tried selfishly to convince him to come with us when time was due but sadly, he is as dutiful as you are” and she loved him for it. In the end she knew that their story could end up like this but knowing that it was probably around the corner…
“I am proud of you too, of Vincent and the Wardens. You all are in my heart and in my mind while I work for the cure” she said vehemently.
