The Barrier has fallen from around Tevinter; and both those who were inside of Tevinter and those who were outside of Tevinter are learning to adjust to this change. The bits of the Veil that were throughout Tevinter, held into place by the barrier spell, are slowly dissipating, causing an uptick in demon activity throughout the area.
