Separate from the Repository, but close by, is another large building; regal and imposing, once again seamlessly integrated with the nature surrounding it. Vines climb up the tall white columns and sunlight filters in through a skylight in the main rotunda. The Hall of Justice is where elves of Arlathan can come to seek an audience with the Council of Keepers (either as a whole or on an individual request). The Council helps to settle disputes or offer guidance... and occasionally passes judgment.
