Brief About:
Garryn Aeducan, son of King Bhelen Aeducan and Rica Brosca, was born in Orzammar before his father took the throne during the Fifth Blight. His mother was assassinated when he was five, leaving him with only faint memories of her. Raised primarily by Moira, a human mage who became his stepmother, Garryn grew up uncertain about his role as heir, wary of the treacherous nature of dwarven politics.

When the Sixth Blight led to the fall of Orzammar, Garryn was thrust into leadership as he evacuated the surviving dwarves to the surface, a decision that haunted him due to those who chose death over life on the surface. Settling first in Ostagar and then in Tantervale in the Free Marches, Garryn became Lord Chancellor but struggled with the responsibilities and pressures of kingship. Ultimately, after a crisis of faith, he chose to abdicate the dwarven throne and his position in Tantervale, seeking a simpler life away from the burdens of leadership.
