Brief About:
Nate initially resented being sent from Ferelden to the Free Marches for training, but he eventually embraced it as a second home, thriving in its culture and even becoming engaged. However, when he learned of his family's downfall in Ferelden, he returned home seeking revenge, leaving behind his fiancée and breaking off contact by letting her believe he was dead.

Despite his initial anger towards the Grey Wardens, Nate eventually grew to see them as a second family and dedicated himself to rebuilding their ranks in Ferelden. After joining the Inquisition during the turmoil with the Conclave and Corypheus, he returned to Ferelden to continue his work with the Wardens. Recently, after taking an experimental Blight treatment that appears successful, Nate decided to leave the Wardens temporarily and spend time with friends in the Free Marches while monitoring his condition.
