Vela's interest in the stranger was piqued when she realised the stranger recognised her. Yes, she said simply, and after a pause of putting two-and-two together, she asked: You were one of the Temple's guardians? Vela wasn't sure whether to feel guilty or not in the face of someone whose home she may have invaded. She hadn't wanted to spoil such a sacred place and had tried to traverse its grounds respectfully. And the Well? Her belief was still that drinking from it had been better than destroying it, especially since learning a shard of Mythal had remained within it. But would this mysterious elf feel the same?

Whether or not the elf was angry or not she couldn't tell, but the question presented to her was an interesting one. Strange, she admitted. Exciting and terrifying.
