Julian had been asked by his father to go to the palace and talk to a few crows regarding some business of his. His father would pawn off things for him to do because he was the heir and he needed to know how to do them. His father has always been busy with Talon business. It was hard to miss someone, who rarely was ever part of his life. He loved his father but he wasn't as close as most children would be with their fathers. Plus everything they ever talked about was business. He didn't want to be the heir. That was his brother's right but somehow Tomas became unwell. Julian would take the responsibilities seriously but would also do things in his own way. Hence, living a double life as a crow and potentially making future plans to overthrow one of the Talons. That plan wouldn't happen for a long time but it was in the making. Entering the palace, it was crowded with crows. It was filled with people that were trying to figure out what to do after the king had been murdered.
His business was to talk to a few crows who were under his father to relay information about some sort of deal. Julian didn't ask for details as the message he was delivering was super vague. It wasn't long till he found out who he needed to talk to. A parchment was given to a few crows with the intended vague message. Julian smiled and was off. As he passed a hallway, he noticed a library entry. He did enjoy books. Julian had the time so he moved through the entryway and entered the Library. He found himself in a column of books that were more theories of language and the history of the world they lived in. Knowledge was something he loved but when others are ingraining it in you, reading about it can be boring at times. His left hand moved along the stems of the books. He didn't know what he was looking for but eventually, something would draw his attention.
