Dora snorted into her mug, as she followed Ruth's line of sight. Bar maid had an extra swing in her step, and that was something she could appreciate on a finer level than just mere lust. But the maid wasn't the elf she enjoyed from time to time, grey headed and silver eyed, and that bar maid sang a tune that would have Dora's blood singing any time she had the coin and a hankering for intimacy. Neither of which seemed to be in her favor lately, but if her job went well and she got the coin she was promised, well, a trip to the Back Water and her favorite whore might be in the cards.
She waved the bar maid down and ordered another round of drinks and a plate of cheese and cold meats brought over, handing over the gold with a practiced rolling of the coin across her fingers as she did.

Slipping a noose? You don't look like one that'd get caught by just anyone for a little light fingeredness, and even less so in the realm of the bed room, so either the two of you have spent more time together than you're letting on, or, you may be an exceptionally bad thief, and since neither of those seem to carry too much of the truth to it, now that I've talked my way around it, seems to be there's a right good story there to be told. One that needs more alcohol and less trying to make sense of your teasing, Ruth. I despise pink as a color. Unless it's the very center of a nice cut of meat, seared well, and roasted on a spit.Damn, now she was hungry.

A punter, eh? Nah. Don't need one, what I do need is a good lad on the billows at the forge. And, she had an idea of whom, should he ever make the decision to come back out of hiding and seek her out again. Man needed some direction, with all the running he was doing in his life. But realization dawned on her a little,
Wait, are the two of you here trying to get laid? Oof. You don't need a woman at your table then, unless.. 'Have you met my friend Horus, yet?' Does seem to roll easily off the tongue.
