It was confusing, the way she was reacting to Kazcor's presence. She's never cared much for men nor women, even when in close quarters while serving no-one had interested her or gotten a reaction. And then, Kac was talking about how they could take a rest, she took careful care as the phrase: 'no-one would be able to see us from the house if anyone were to look out,' Her mind wandered back to how close they'd been, to how Kazcor was tracing her thumb along Ella's hand now...
